Independent Heat Network Assurance

About Us

Who we are

Our Mission

Our mission is to make heat networks the best they can be, for the clients who commission them and for the customers who rely on them every day. Heat networks promise affordable, reliable heat, and we want to make sure they deliver on that promise.

Uniti Heat provides independent, client-side quality assurance for heat networks. We don’t design networks, build them or sell equipment, so our only interest on any scheme is our client’s. That lets us challenge anyone involved, at any stage, on their behalf.

Our work follows a codified management and quality assurance system that covers every stage of a new heat network. We’re involved from the first conversations about a scheme, through construction and commissioning, and on past handover into operation, so the thread from design intent to operational reality is never dropped. Uniti brings together sector-leading technical expertise with people who have spent decades managing heat networks from inside housing organisations.

We’ve seen what happens when networks are delivered without independent oversight, and we help clients build heat networks that keep performing long after the contractors have left site.

Our Core Values

For Clients

Uniti works only for you the client to ensure you get the new development that works clients and their customers. And that means representing the clients’ interests at every stage from the design development through to hand over and beyond.

For Developers

Our expert team provides the complete end to end support to minimise any issues on the development and to deliver the best heat network possible. With over 50 years of experience and sector leading knowledge and insights no one provides better technical support.

For Customers

Heat networks that are badly designed, developed and delivered become long term management issues for clients. Uniti starts from this premise and works with clients to ensure that they deliver lower cost management and provide affordable, low cost and reliable heating for years to come.
